We had something weird going on with our Suburban's instrument cluster; and then the Check Engine light came on as well (and then went off again) so we finally took it in. Mark ran through some tests; he reset the cluster and replace something that the Check Engine light had indicated. His service was fast; he checked with us on what he was doing before he did it so we could approve the charges; and at least so far everything is working well. Since we had some weird stuff going on, we'll need a little time to see if if it's all settled down, but I liked Mark's thoroughness, prompt attention to the car, and his follow through. We'll be using him again when needed.
