Mark graciously accepted a last minute "switch" of vehicles. He told us up front that he had only allotted time for an oil change & tire rotation on the vehicle for which we had made the appointment. The vehicle we brought in was due for a more extensive check-up. Mark called later in the afternoon to request more time to finish all the work. He was very professional and accommodating - and the car was ready early the next morning, as promised.
