Mark did an excellent job tracking down a constant draw on the battery in our Honda Odyssey. He was more than fair with his price and we highly recommend him!

Mark graciously accepted a last minute "switch" of vehicles. He told us up front that he had only allotted time for an oil change & tire rotation on the vehicle for which we had made the appointment. The vehicle we brought in was due for a more extensive check-up. Mark called later in the afternoon to request more time to finish all the work. He was very professional and accommodating - and the car was ready early the next morning, as promised. We brought our Mercedes in to have a radiator overflow connector repaired as it broke and was spewing coolant all over our engine. Mark was able to get a new connector and put our engine back into perfect running order withing a few hours time. We are so grateful and will definitely be using Mountainside Auto Service again. My pickup truck was displaying the dreaded “check engine” light on the dashboard. Mark and his team quickly isolated the problem to a faulty thermostat. The new part was obtained and installed within a few hours. The customer service is top notch and the prices are very reasonable. I will be coming back when my vehicles need service.

i was satisfied with the patience that mark showed when he did the diagnostic in oir Saturn outlook and it did not display the problem for which we brought it in for. He listened and kept it a little longer and low and behold it did its issue which he immediately and accurately fixed.
