Great shop. Super friendly and nice. Mark will always make sure that he explains everything he has done to you and wont do anything extra without talking to you about it first. Would recommend to anyone! Great and honest work.

I was totally done wrong was charged way to much and still did not get my brakes fixed almost $2000 later and I was told it's gonna be more not happy at all 😑

Mark is honest, fair and knows his stuff. He takes excellent care of my almost-classic 1995 BMW Touring sedan. I wouldn't trust that car to anyone else. :-)

I work in the battleground area and was not familiar with any european auto shops here. I looked for a shop online and took a chance on Mark over at Mountainside Auto. I took my car in around 11:00 am to find out why my check engine light would not go out. I thought i would have to pay for a tune up and vacuum hoses and was fully prepared to spend an excess of $500, but Mark suggested we diagnose the problems and address each one until they were all fixed. "This is gonna cost a fortune," i thought. Mark called me and in laymans terms explained everything that was going on with my Audi and suggested his ideas for fixing the problems. I agreed. He was done with my car in just a few hours and it was about $150 less than i was quoted at another shop in vancouver. He was professional and easy going and i will travel to battleground for service at Mountainside Auto for as long as im living in Washington. I recommend this shop if you like honesty and integrity. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job, even found another problem and fixed it when he had it apart rather than charging twice to take it apart. I would definitely recommend his services. worked on a 2011 BMW. Robyn
