My first visit to Mountainside Auto Service and it was excellent!! Mark listened to the problem, offered options to solving the issue and kept me informed. It took less time than I expected...and the price was reasonable.

Excellent service as usual from Mark. All our issues were resolved on time and on budget. Its nice to have a trustworthy mechanic I can have complete confidence in. I will be using Mark for future scheduled maintenance and any other issues that might come up.

Mark was awesome, fast, and very fair in his pricing. Can’t ask for much more than that. Brought my truck in one day had it back the next. Didn’t push more on me than didn’t need to be done. Appreciate the honest work.

Mark is excellent. He very clearly explained every item needing work on my car and what caused the problem; as well as the priority issues. He patiently listened to my opinions (reasearch) and responded back after actually checking them out! Wow! That is a first for me! Honest and competent mechanic/business owner. Mark diagnosed the problem reported by a reputable tire/battery dealer to be a failing alternator, but determined that it was the battery that was failing. The alternator did not need replacement and that saved me several hundred dollars. Mark proved to be an excellent communicator and pleasant to work with. I will take all my car care needs to Mark moving forward.

Mark has done work for my wife and I on both of our vehicles. Always pleasant and straight forward with the work that needs to be done. We are always happy with his work and are very glad to have a place to take our vehicles to where we know we will get quality repairs at reasonable cost and not be pressured to do more than needed.
