Mark was able to take my car the morning I called for regular maintenance. He told me about a couple things that needed attention, like a bad battery and dirty transmission fluid, but didn’t pressure me to do it right away. (I did, though.) I know my ‘06 car has been well cared for up until now, and, being new to the area, I’m glad to find a mechanic who I feel I can trust.

Mark is both a talented mechanic and an honest businessman. Hard to go wrong in entrusting the care, maintenance and service of your vehicle to Mark.

I was very pleased with the knowledge of Mark. The drains on my sun roof were plugged, so my sunroof was leaking. That is scary. He unplugged them no problem. Everything that was done on my truck took one day. I’m very happy with Mountain side auto. I will go back.

I had an awesome experience with Mark. Not only did he diagnose my 4Runner after multiple mechanics could not, but it turned out to be such an easy fix that he didn't even charge me more than the diagnostic fee. Not to mention, while he was under the hood he tightened and secured a few things he noticed that were loose at no additional charge. Highly recommend.
